Minimum of 4 hours outside of normal business hours (weekends/holidays etc.)
- Personnel charge for an IMS professional staff member - $30 per hour
- Personnel charge for an IMS student staff member - $15 per hour

- Data/video projector with computer in Smart Classroom (Large Room >75) - $100
- Data/video projector with computer in Smart Classroom (Small Room <75) - $50
- Data/video projector and computer on mobile cart - $60
Additional Audio Equipment:
- 1 or 2 wired microphones (LC 100, 102, 104, 108 - CSB Aud - SH 181) - $30
- 1 or 2 wireless microphones (LC 100, 102, CSB Aud) - $40
- 3+ wired / wireless microphones (LC 100, 102, 104, 108 - CSB Aud - SH 181) - $50
- Portable sound system with 1-2 wired / wireless microphones - $40
- Portable sound system with 3+ wired / wireless microphones - $80
- Portable Lecternette with wired / wireless microphone - $50
Additional Equipment:

- Large-venue data/video projector (includes set-up / breakdown) - $150

Video Post Production:

Teleconference Service (all charges are per hour):
- Videoconference/WebEx in LC-3A telepresence room - $100
- Portable WebEx in Smart Classroom - $50
