Event/Conference A/V Price List

Support Staff

Minimum of 4 hours outside of normal business hours (weekends/holidays etc.)

  • Personnel charge for an IMS professional staff member - $30 per hour
  • Personnel charge for an IMS student staff member - $15 per hour

Most charges are per use

Computer and Video Related Equipment:

  • Data/video projector with computer in Smart Classroom (Large Room >75) - $100
  • Data/video projector with computer in Smart Classroom (Small Room <75) - $50
  • Data/video projector and computer on mobile cart  - $60

Additional Audio Equipment:

  • 1 or 2 wired microphones (LC 100, 102, 104, 108 - CSB Aud - SH 181) - $30
  • 1 or 2 wireless microphones (LC 100, 102, CSB Aud) - $40
  • 3+ wired / wireless microphones (LC 100, 102, 104, 108 - CSB Aud - SH 181) - $50
  • Portable sound system with 1-2 wired / wireless microphones - $40
  • Portable sound system with 3+ wired / wireless microphones - $80
  • Portable Lecternette with wired / wireless microphone - $50

Additional Equipment:

  • Laptop - $60
  • Portable data/video projector - $50
  • Large-venue data/video projector (includes set-up / breakdown) - $150
  • Wireless PowerPoint presenter - $10
  • Lecture Capture / Mediasite (per room) - $100
  • Live Streaming of Event - $100
  • Digital Document camera - $30
  • Portable screen with tripod base - $10
  • Removal and reinstallation of LC-100 Instructor Station - $200
  • 8' x 10' Blue Background Wall - $50

Video Post Production:

  • DVD duplication - first copy - $15
  • Each additional copy - $2

Teleconference Service (all charges are per hour):

  • Videoconference/WebEx in LC-3A telepresence room - $100
  • Portable WebEx in Smart Classroom - $50
