Classroom and Lab Technology Requests

This is where you can request new Software or Hardware, and changes to Device Configurations (Computer or Audio Video) .

• Request new items or modify current classroom / lab configurations
     (Requests will be replied to by the appropreate support personel for implementation details.)

• Faculty
• Administrators

Request Process:

• Seek approval from Department Dean, Chair or Director if required.
• Plan funding source if needed.
• Fill out this Classroom / Lab Request form.

User Responsibility:

• Provide all necessary information needed to approve and process request.

Requirements and Prerequisites:

• Approval and funding if needed.

Hours of Availability:

• 24/7 for request submission

• Depends on nature of request
