Our creative design professionals, experienced printers and knowledgeable mail services staff work in close partnership to ensure that your print and web publications are of professional quality and achieve your communication goals in accordance with the College’s editorial standards and best practices.

Request for new accounts, account changes, extension/reactivation of temporary accounts (for faculty, staff, and student employees), username changes, shared mailbox or mailing list requests, and Computer Science Linux Lab account requests, and guest account access.
To grant or revoke card access for one or more users, or to change a building or interior space unlock schedule, Request must be made by an authorized user.
The University's main website, www.newpaltz.edu is managed by the Office of Communication and Marketing (OCM). OCM is charged with maintaining series of branded templates for the various schools and departments, maintaining and training users in the use of a content management system, and helping departments create new and updated websites within the newpaltz.edu domain.

TerminalFour is the college's current content management system (CMS). Gaining access to this system allows department chairs/directors/secretaries to make content edits to their website directly.

Know a story worth telling? Pitch department/office news, feature story ideas, alumni highlights, campus events, or initiatives with broader impact. The Office of Communication & Marketing partners with campus colleagues to develop and publish stories to move audiences of all kinds. Submissions may be shared in the Digest newsletter, Connect alumni newsletter, The New Paltz Magazine, our social media accounts and/or other platforms.
